Fort Lee Advisory Practice Adds Financial Advisor
Solomon Tobal has joined the Fischman Azar Group, a Fort Lee, New Jersey-based wealth management practice affiliated with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network.
Tobal serves as a Financial Advisor with the team. His background includes relationship management and pre-IPO investments, giving him experience in areas connected to client strategy, investment planning and private-market opportunities.
Focus on Wealth Management
The Fischman Azar Group works with individuals, families, executives and business owners on a range of financial matters. Its services include investment planning, wealth management, stock compensation strategies, executive compensation planning, education planning, legacy planning and trust and estate planning strategies.
The group operates through Wells Fargo FiNet, Wells Fargo Advisors’ independent contractor channel.
Practice Leadership
The practice was founded by Alexander “Sandy” Fischman in 2015. Fischman later partnered with Shalom Azar in 2019, and the group has continued to expand its advisory and client service team.
Fischman focuses on stock compensation strategies, corporate benefits and customized wealth planning. He was named a 2024 Forbes Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisor, Best-In-State.
Azar’s work focuses primarily on senior executives at publicly traded companies. His areas of focus include tax-efficient executive compensation strategies, trust and estate planning strategies, legacy planning, education planning and wealth management.
Team Members
Tobal joins an advisory team that includes Tomer Mizrahi and Nicholas Iarrapino. Mizrahi specializes in equity compensation management, investment planning, estate planning strategies and overall wealth management. He graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in finance.
Iarrapino serves as a Senior Registered Client Associate. He supports client service, administrative needs and financial planning-related matters. He graduated from Rutgers University with a major in finance and a minor in psychology and began his career as an Investment Specialist at Merrill Edge.
Client Associate Expansion
The Fischman Azar Group has also added seven Client Associates: David Bar David, Jonathan Jacoby, Benjamin Matthew, Moshe Isaacson, Eitan Sklar, Aharon Wieden and Shalom Kadosh.
The additions expand the team’s service capacity as the practice continues to grow within Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network.
