Elizabeth Forman knows what it’s like to white-knuckle through a panic attack. Before becoming a licensed professional counselor, she dealt with her own anxiety and panic—an experience that shaped everything about how she runs Focus Family Counseling in Katy, Texas.
“I wanted to build the kind of place I needed when I was struggling,” Elizabeth said. “Somewhere people don’t have to show up with everything figured out. They just have to show up.”
Since opening in 2022, Focus Family Counseling has carved out a niche working with adults and couples dealing with anxiety disorders, OCD, and relationship problems.
