Plastic crates also have some regulations and requirements during use, so as to standardize operation and use, thereby avoiding some wrong operations and improper use, etc., which can not only improve its use efficiency, but also play a certain protective role.
Specifically speaking, the regulations and requirements for the use of plastic turnover crates are mainly the following:
(1) Before using plastic crates, they should be cleaned, and they should be thoroughly cleaned without leaving any dead corners, so as not to bring dust, dirt, etc. into the use of the turnover crates, thereby causing pollution. In addition, there should be no water accumulation in the turnover crates, and they should be kept dry.
(2) It is also very important to inspect the plastic turnover crates before use. If cracks, deformation or damage are found, they should be repaired in time. If they cannot be repaired, or if they have affected their normal use, they should be scrapped and replaced with new ones.
(3) If the plastic crate requires special transport tools or equipment during use, it must be selected in accordance with the specified requirements. At this time, other tools cannot be used casually to avoid adverse effects, such as damaging the turnover box or making it unable to be used normally.
(4) When the logistics box is used, it should be placed in a designated location and cannot be placed randomly, because this will cause it to be damaged or damaged. If it is to be stored, it should be placed in a suitable environment to avoid aging, corrosion and other problems, thereby affecting its service life.
