Aspired Learning and Lifestyle is proud to announce the grand opening of ‘Moments For Me’, a pioneering wellbeing spa and steam room designed to provide much-needed relief and rejuvenation for parents of children with disabilities and the professionals who support them.
- “Moments For Me – Because YOU Matter.”
- Grand Launch: 22nd April, 2025 4pm – 7pm The Grange, Neasden Lane, NW10 1QB
- Special Guests: The Mayor of Brent, His Worshipful Mayor Tariq Dar, Council Leaders, and Key Community Advocates
This initiative directly addresses the burnout crisis among caregivers and professionals by providing accessible relaxation services, including massages, mindfulness sessions, and steam therapy.
CEO, Dr Karen May, the visionary behind the project, states “Caring for others can be overwhelming, and too often, the wellbeing of caregivers is neglected. ‘Moments For Me’ is a sanctuary where they can finally exhale, recharge, and feel valued. This isn’t just a spa—it’s a movement for change.”
What to Expect at the Grand Launch:
- Exclusive VIP Preview: Council officials and key stakeholders will experience the services firsthand.
- Wellness Demonstrations: Guests can enjoy mini massages, breathwork sessions, and herbal tea therapy.
