On November 11, 2024 QCM Magnet welcomed a visit from an important customer in the UK, who is very interested in our 2100 kg precast concrete magnet. The 2100 kg pull force precast magnet can handle most of the precast panels, beams and columns that are produced. It provides a strong adhesion and holds the casting formwork firmly in place with constant magnetic force.Customers first visited QCM Magnet’s magnetic components in our sample display area, where Shuttering Magnets, Magnetic Side Rail Systems, Insert magnets, magnetic chamfer, Magnetic Thread Disc and other products.
Customers asked about the characteristics of the magnetic components and the production capacity of the factory in detail, Mr. Yang, the president of the company, and Mrs. Cai, the salesperson, accompanied the tour and explanation. Mr Yang showed our high quality components and briefly talked about the advanced production process adopted by the factory. The customer listened carefully and nodded frequently, and both parties communicated in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
Leaving the sample area, Mr. Yang led the customers to the production line. Here the machines are running continuously and the line workers are fully concentrated on the production. From the cutting of stainless steel by laser cutting machine, to the bending of the cut steel material, and the subsequent combination of magnetic arrays to the assembly of the complete magnet shuttering box, the customer was very careful to observe. We believe that after visiting the production line, customers will have a deeper understanding of the factory’s production capacity.
Finally, Mr Yang brought the customer to the meeting room to discuss the cooperation, Mrs Cai brought the product information and the letter of intent to cooperate, the customer read it and proposed some improvement ideas, Mr Yang also tried to sign the contract during the customer’s visit. Both parties have rich experience in the field of magnetic components, so the communication is much smoother. After a period of negotiation, the customer finally decided to purchase the project and was willing to hand over some of the subsequent orders to QCM Magnet. this visit to the UK customer has achieved a milestone, QCM Magnet has won the trust of the customer by virtue of its rich manufacturing experience and high standards, and we believe that the cooperation between the two sides will be wider and wider in the future.
