MARSEILLES, France – June 6, 2024 – Habhab Fakhredine, the 24-year-old Franco-Tunisian multi-hyphenate entertainment professional, today announced that he is writing, producing, directing, and starring in a short film, “Nothing Left to Lose,” which will be released in 2025. This is just one of many projects for the busy Fakhredine.
“I have finished writing the story for the film,” explained Fakhredine. “I’m going to produce it, direct it and star in it because it’s a story that’s close to my heart. The final scene will leave a few in tears, in my opinion.” He added that Vanessa Zambernardi was there to guide him in his vague moments while writing. “I thank her for that,” he said.
2024 has been very eventful for Fakhredine. He filmed professionally in the large Provence studio in Martigues to do a remake of the Atlanta series with the “Phart et Balises” theater and film academy. He said, “I have been doing theater for almost a year at Moovida, where Yasmina Er Rafassa is the director. I take English lessons with Barbara Do, improvement with classical texts with Raymon Dikouré, and improvisation with Teniw Nour. I’ve met and gotten to know quite a few people, I get along well with everyone. It’s just happiness.”
Phart et Balises will be presenting a theatrical performance of Edward Bond’s play “Red Black and Ignorant.” Barbara Do will be the director. She asked Fakhredine to be her assistant, and, as he put it, “I obviously said yes with joy.” The play will be performed at the Théâtre de la Mer on June 14 at 8 p.m. in Marseille. Fakhredine was honored to be partnering with the English Speaking Union HK Nick Hil to perform this play in London on July 4th.
Fakhredine was also selected to participate in an artistic project on the climate. The magnificent Tara Deporte was at the head of this project, accompanied by Alvaro J. Valencia and Zoé Lavocat. Numerous people from around the world also participated in this project. Additionally, Fakhredine will direct the documentary “Kingdom” with his two friends Sabry BENYAHI and Tarek BOURENANE, helped by Freddie Saj.
Fakhredine is looking for premises that could accommodate his radio show in 2025. The show will consist of welcoming various artists in interview format.
Finally, Fakhredine is currently writing a Trilogy called “Fakhri Computer.” He said, “I think it’s going to be a magnificent adventure, intense and rich in emotion. Having the cast in mind and it’s already making me laugh. My goal is to break down as many doors as possible in the field of images and above all to have as much fun as possible. I don’t forbid myself anything and I think that Fakhri Computer will be the start of a new path.”
