Toronto, ON, Canada – July 4, 2023 – Zevrix Solutions announces the release of BatchOutput PDF 3, a major upgrade to company’s popular PDF printing automation solution. The sole consumer-focused product delivering automated PDF printing on the Apple marketplace, the software enables users to handle PDF documents from monitored folders. The software empowers users to effortlessly print PDF documents from watched folders, establishing it as the preferred option for hassle-free PDF printing.
One of the major enhancements in BatchOutput PDF 3 is the implementation of page slugs on printed PDFs, which facilitates easy identification of printouts. The slug can incorporate variable information such as file name, date, user and computer name, printer name, and page number, granting users flexibility and customization opportunities for their PDF printing workflows.
Moreover, BatchOutput PDF 3 now presents a fresh Manual operation mode that permits users to print PDFs arranged by file name, granting customers greater authority over their printing preferences. The upgrade also encompasses an enhanced and better-structured user interface for a seamless and intuitive user experience. The Manual mode further streamlines the process of printing multiple PDFs quickly and effortlessly in situations where hot folder management is an overkill.
BatchOutput PDF automates the task of printing PDF files from watched hot folders, eliminating the necessity to manually print each PDF file. Users can establish hot folders for different print configurations, specify passwords for encrypted PDF files, and choose printer trays based on document text, ultimately saving time and reducing the burden of repetitive printing tasks.
In addition to the individual-user edition of the program, Zevrix also offers BatchOutput PDF Server that can enables unlimited users to access it on a network.
