Texas-themed Dallas sports bar, Longhorn Icehouse, extends weekday happy hour to include lunch time and early afternoon
Earlier this week, Longhorn Icehouse, a sports bar in Northwest Dallas near the Las Colinas and Irving area, announced that it has extended its weekday happy hours to include lunchtime options. The new times are now called “Work Day, All Day Happy Hour” and include both food and drink specials on Mondays through Fridays.
Max Rizos, co-owner of Longhorn Icehouse, said, “Since the Dallas and Irving area has seen such an increase in population coming to the region from other states, we have noticed an increase in people working on other schedules besides the traditional 9-to-5 hours. We, therefore, decided to start our Happy Hours on Monday through Friday from the time we open which is 11:00am. We also will keep the time of our Happy Hours through the regular 7:00pm on weekdays as seen throughout most of the Dallas Fort Worth area.”
According to Longhorn Icehouse, the Work Day All Day Happy Hour specials include $4 domestic beers and wells, $6 house wine by the glass, and $5 appetizers/dips when dining in the restaurant.
