zant is thrilled to announce the addition of Rebecca Robb, a professional and personal development coach, to their team. Rebecca’s passion for serving others and helping them reach their full potential made her the perfect fit for zant, as it aligns with the company’s mission.
Rebecca’s journey as a coach began with a desire to improve herself and her relationships. Her specialized training in behavior, motives, influential communication, and self and social awareness & regulations afford clients a resource for personalized Growth Coaching sessions.
She notes that knowing the self at the core opens up one’s life to possibilities. In her own words, “As a coach, my goal is to help clients gain the self-awareness and skills they need to increase their confidence, influential or assertive communication skills, and gain clarity in all areas of personally and professionally.”
Rebecca believes that coaching is not giving advice or instruction but actively inspiring them to get to their goals. “Some of us naturally coached without knowing they were coaching. I believe empathy drives our core to support and serve others,” said Rebecca. This way, clients have the right opportunity to gain self-awareness and the skills they need to reach their goals.
“Personal and professional goals overlap for me,” Rebecca explains. “I want to serve others, help them see their potential, and actually inspire them to get to their goals. Some of us naturally coached without knowing they were coaching, and empathy drives our core to support and serve others.”
Rebecca’s expertise in personal and professional development, coupled with her passion for serving others, will undoubtedly make her a valuable addition to the zant Network team.
