Manhattan, NY – Revorte is proud to unveil the latest addition to its fleet of delivery vehicles: an autonomous delivery robot. This driverless approach is designed to make deliveries faster, safer, and more efficient than ever before.
The robot is equipped with a state of the art computer vision system, allowing it to navigate city streets and find its way to a customer’s location without the need of a human operator. It possesses the ability to interact with customers, providing them with real-time delivery updates and even accepting payment for their orders.
“We are thrilled to introduce this revolutionary technology to our customers,” said a Revorte employee. “Our autonomous delivery robots are the future of last-mile delivery and will greatly improve the experience for our customers by providing faster, safer, and more efficient service.”
The robot is also equipped with Lidar sensors, cameras and GPS technology to ensure that the package is delivered to the right person and that it is handled with care. With the increasing concern of the Covid-19 pandemic, this technology also offers a contactless and safer option for health concerned customers.
The autonomous delivery robot will be rolling out in select cities starting March 5th 2023. Customers will be able to track their deliveries in real-time and receive notifications on the status of their package.
