ROTARY YOUTH EXCHANGE presents an exceptional chance to engage in global service. To live with a host family for a semester or summer, participants can relocate to a foreign country. In addition to engaging in cultural activities, they will also take part in community service initiatives where they learn about the culture of the host nation.
The spokesperson for ROTARY YOUTH EXCHANGE stated in answer to a question. “Simply put, study abroad means just that. All overseas exchange students taking part in ROTARY YOUTH EXCHANGE’s Long Term Exchange Program (LTEP) must have completed high school.”
ROTARY YOUTH EXCHANGE offers high school study abroad programs; the program has implemented a new structure, which has expanded opportunities for high school youth to discover other cultures and global issues through a unique gap year experience that lasts for a long period depending on the candidate’s choice. This program focuses on supporting students and includes recruiting host organizations worldwide to invite incoming youth and pairing them with incoming youth from another country to provide a cultural exchange experience.
The spokesperson went on to say. “Eligible students who are going on an exchange program during their gap year and have just graduated from high school are still expected to attend high school full-time in their designated foreign country as part of the cultural immersion.”
