Kansas City, MO – March 15, 2022 – Mindful Momentum, based in Kansas City, MO., launches Social Emotional Learning (SEL) program for high school students nationwide.
Experts in the fields of clinical and social psychology, health and wellness, at Mindful Momentum, developed this program specifically to enrich the learning experience for high school students.
‘Resiliency 4 Students’ teaches simple skills of mindfulness and resilience. These skills are proven to improve mental health, reduce stress, and create a pattern of success throughout high school and beyond. ‘Resiliency 4 Students’ is a unique curriculum created specifically for freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors.
Susan Downey, Public High School Teacher: “As teachers, it’s overwhelmingly difficult to see how stress and anxiety continues to rob our students of an enriching experience. This program was designed to take stress and anxiety out of the classroom! Resiliency 4 Students provides a pathway for students to thrive in and out of the classroom.”
Mindful Momentum started in 2014 with a core vision to foster peace, resilience, and sustainable happiness. Now, Mindful Momentum’s ‘Resiliency 4 Students’ program brings these proven principles to the minds of emerging adults.
Mindful Momentum’s Resiliency 4 Students marketing campaign will be reaching Director of Students Services throughout the month of March.
