In this independent film, a group of new-age boosters living in Los Angeles does what they do best “Boost,” with the hopes of one day opening their own clothing store. The boosting ring is led by James (played by James Fiest) who with the help of his BFF Lisa (played by Melanie Comarcho), boost from the wealthy and sell to the poor. While business proves to be lucrative, there are also lots of risks involved. Can these Boosters make it out of the hood and finally become legit? Only time will tell.
