Prior to pursuing hypnotherapy, Carla first attended the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, where she earned triple degrees in Psychology, Sociology, and English. She continued her education at Harvard University, graduating with honors in her graduate-level psychology courses. She then went on to complete all 6 Levels of Certification from the world-renowned Hypnotherapy Training Institute in California to gain her certification as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (C.C.HT.).
Carla’s wide scope of services enables her to help clients with varying needs. Her forte lies in weight loss and stress/anxiety management. Furthermore, the hypnotherapist cum entrepreneur holds a special certification for helping stroke survivors given only to select practitioners.

Her company is currently a member of the International Hypnosis Research Institute as a contributing body to the further study of hypnotherapy.
