New York, USA – October 21, 2021 – Histobiolab, the division of Creative Bioarray, provides a wide range of tissue processing, immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization services, molecular and digital pathology to provide consistent, high-quality, and reproducible results with a comprehensive histopathology platform and computational pathology team. Recently, Histobiolab announced the release of its brand new ffpe tissue collections to satisfy different needs of pharmaceutical and biotechnology research.
Creative Bioarray has developed standard operating procedures to reduce the variability of biological sample collection and storage. As a one-stop source of biological specimens, it can meet all kinds of precise research needs. The platform’s extensive and expanding network includes millions of biological samples from research participants with various medical conditions, including oncology, neurology, endocrinology, dermatology, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal tract, and infection Disease, as well as normal adjacent tissues. Creative Bioarray can also cooperate with customers to obtain other types of specimens required for customer research.
At Creative Bioarray, all FFPE tissue specimens are collected by certified medical pathologists under IRB approval. After surgical resection, the tissue is fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin for 30 to 60 minutes. Creative Bioarray can customize fixatives and embedding media according to requirements, and standard-sized FFPE tissues can produce incisions of at least 500 x 4-5 microns. The collection of all samples is in full compliance with regulatory standards and best practice guidelines. From excision to storage to shipment, each specimen is carefully and accurately processed to ensure that the highest quality specimens are delivered to customers.
Creative Bioarray provides FFPE tissue specimens in a variety of formats to meet the needs of biomedical research, including but not limited to:
• A single FFPE tissue sample (diseased or normal)
• FFPE diseased or normal tissues and matched blood products or biological fluids
• Diseased and normal adjacent tissues of FFPE from a single donor
• Paired FFPE and fresh frozen tissue (sick or normal) from a single donor
• FFPE tumor and metastatic tissue from a single donor
• FFPE and fresh frozen tumor and normal adjacent tissue from a single donor
“Creative Bioarray has extensive expertise in the procurement of human samples, and has a unique advantage in providing comprehensive methods to meet your research needs.” said Hannah Cole, the marketing director of Creative Bioarray, she also claimed, “Creative Bioarray has developed standard operating procedures to reduce the variability of biological sample collection and storage.
