The eatery has experienced tremendous growth and will soon be expanding to its first brick-and-mortar location at 3456 Red Rd. in Miramar, FL. The grand opening will be held during the second week of May 2020.
The success of Talkin’ Tacos attracted the attention of professional eater, Randy Santel, who flew from St. Louis, MO to try the eatery’s cuisine. Santel took food truck’s Birria King challenge, eating 40 Birria tacos in less than 40 minutes. He posted the video of the challenge on YouTube and Talkin’ Tacos became a household name in the food blogger world.
Talkin’ Tacos began offering its Birria tacos in the picturesque areas of Midtown and Wynwood during the pandemic, specializing in Birria tacos. The food truck offers an extensive variety of authentic Mexican food favorites that encompass quesadillas, tostadas and desserts that include churros, along with entire meals and its unique crispy chicken sandwich. All menu items are available for take-out.
The food truck is currently located at 2400 North Miami Ave where it is a popular destination for area residents that want a quick and tasty snack and for individuals desiring take-out and don’t want to spend hours cooking at home. It’s earned a dedicated following and premiere reputation in the Wynwood-Miami area, as evidenced by its many positive reviews.
Talkin’ Tacos is a true success story of how one mobile restaurant rose to fame, even during a worldwide pandemic. In addition to the food truck, the company will soon be launching its first brick-and-mortar Mexican restaurant in May 2020 where it will continue to serve what’s been called “some of the finest and most delicious Mexican meals” in Florida.
