National Gratitude Month begins November 1 — and renowned Gratitude and Goals author Stacey Grewal invites the public to give back by participating in the fifth annual 30-Day Gratitude Challenge.
Participants will explore the unique benefits of gratitude, including the ways it helps to strengthen families and bring unity in our ever-changing world. Thousands of people from across the globe have completed the challenge to date, and reported amazing results.
“Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow,” explains bestselling author Melody Beattie.
Grewal couldn’t agree more. “I want people to become very excited by the benefits of practicing gratitude, and all the ways it can change and improve their lives,” she says.
By joining the challenge, participants can improve their happiness and overall well-being — by engaging with those around them and honoring the things they love and appreciate in their lives.
With the pandemic, the corresponding job loss and political stress, and the health concerns plaguing our society today, one might argue that practicing gratitude is now more important than ever.
