The Boulder Group, a net leased investment brokerage firm, has completed the sale of a new construction net leased Starbucks property located at 545 E Exchange Parkway in Allen, Texas for $2,591,837.
The Starbucks property is brand new construction in a high growth suburb of Dallas. The population is projected to grow 12.92% within three miles of the property over the next five years. The property is ideally located immediately across from Allen High School (5,100 students) and their new $60 million football stadium (18,000 seats).
Jimmy Goodman and John Feeney of The Boulder Group represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction. The buyer was a private investor in a 1031 exchange and the seller was a Texas based developer.
