A new Kickstarter project features unique linen cover notebooks, made using the highest quality materials bringing together design, quality, and sustainability into one product. These linen cover notebooks are designed and launched by Everita Gardner, a fine art stationer, and calligrapher who is passionate about designing understated stationery and paper goods. She has first introduced these linen notebooks on Kickstarter with a funding goal of $8370, which will be used to produce the first batch of the notebooks.
The Linen cover notebooks are available in three designs – Notes in Dusky Blue, Journal in Sand, Plans in Blossom Pink. Each notebook has 144 blank premium paper inner pages and two ribbon bookmarks matching the cover color. Every notebook comes with a beautiful presentation box and makes a thoughtful present for anyone who loves stationery. As a calligrapher, Everita has chosen high quality, thick paper that doesn’t bleed with finer inks so that both sides of the sheet can be used. The cover is made using natural woven rayon cloth which is 100% recyclable and made from naturally occurring polymers derived from wood pulp. The notebook is perfect for the environmentally conscious, minimalists and connoisseurs of unique stationery.
The paper used is FDC certified and acid-free and all other materials chosen are sourced from responsible and sustainable sources. Even the presentation box is made from 100% recycled materials. The product is shipped in a cardboard box, wrapped in 100% recycled Kraft paper and secured using environmentally friendly and recyclable paper tape. A notebook that actually cares for the environment!
The Kickstarter project of the linen cover notebooks has received a good response but it will only be funded if it reaches its goal by July 20th. By pledging around $30 or more, the backers can get an A5 size notebook of their choice and for $61, they can get two linen cover notebooks of their choice, and so on. The estimated delivery of the product is in September 2019.
