With the AAA-Approved Auto Repair status, Ernie’s Garage is able to extend benefits to customers including dispute resolution, warranties on repairs, free maintenance inspections and estimates, and more.

To pass the certification process for the program, Ernie’s Garage was asked to meet consistent high-quality scores from customers. Over 200 previous customers were surveyed and the repair facility was required to have at least 90 percent satisfaction ratings or higher to pass.

Ernie’s Garage met these qualifications as well as requirements that its technicians be ASE certified and skilled to handle all types of repairs on different makes and models.

Owner, Adam Scheps commented on the hard work staff members put forth to be awarded the distinction.
