Argentinian gaucho dancer Hilario Cabral, an emerging international headlining artist, is out to make waves in the industry as he presents DreaMaster, a family-friendly show on December 5th based on his inspiring true-life story.
From growing up in a Guarani Indian reservation in Argentina to opening for celebrities in international productions, Hilario made his way to America on a mission to pursue his dreams and make a mark in the industry.
The kids show features today’s young up-and-coming artists performing disciplines of contortion, dance, martial arts, the Argentinian gaucho act, and more.
“My mission is to inspire all kids to follow their dreams! I was nine years old when I started performing, and I had a dream to be the world’s best Gaucho Dancer. I could have never imagined that I would travel around the world performing in the biggest shows in the world, including for the Queen of England. I want to show kids that it is possible to make your dreams come true, no matter where you come from,” Hilario shared.
The performers in Hilario’s show are students of the “Masters of Performing Arts,” the school he and his wife, professional contortionist Hayley Cabral, created to pass on their artistic knowledge and experience.
The Cabral couple is dedicated to creating opportunities for their students to perform in a safe space, free from the pressures of the entertainment industry and the negative impact it can have on self-esteem and body image.
Cabral’s Students, Quinn and Scarlett Seabury said: “We always wanted to learn contortion and how to play drums, but we were nervous about performing. Coach Hilario and Hayley helped us overcome our anxiety, and now we love to perform.”
For her part, Hayley Cabral said connecting the community through cultural dance and circus arts is something close to her heart.
“I met my husband Hilario while performing my contortionist act in the circus. He taught me the Argentinian Gaucho Act, and it opened the door for me, a California girl, to travel around the world, explore Argentinian culture, and learn Spanish. I have experienced first-hand how cultural dance builds bridges for communities to connect in beautiful ways,” Hayley said.
The Masters of Performing Arts is a “specialty act” preparatory program for young artists ready to take their performance to the next level. Hayley and Hilario Cabral are the founders of this unique program. The couple’s experience ranges from large-scale Las Vegas productions, Television, Theatrical Cirque productions, and prestigious cruise lines in over 30 countries.
In this educational program, Hayley and Hilario pass on their knowledge to the new generation of artists who want to achieve the highest level of preparation to achieve their goals as an artist.
