Kendal Homes Hires New Sales Agent for Annapolis, Maryland New Home Community

Annapolis, Maryland — Kendal Homes, a new home builder, has brought on Rachel Best from RE/MAX Leading Edge to handle sales at Pendennis Glen, an estate home community, in the St. Margarets area of Annapolis, Maryland.

Best has spent years in the real estate industry in several capacities. Ten years as a licensed interior designer led her to want to help people with the complete cycle of homeownership and she became a real estate agent. She’s recognized as one of the top 50 agents in the Chesapeake Bay area.  Her diverse experience will help buyers envision their dream homes from blueprints as well as ways they can put their own personal touches to a home to make it uniquely theirs.

“Rachel’s energy and experience with new construction provides our clients with a smooth and stress-free process of building their dream home. She understands the building process and appreciates quality building making her an ideal fit for Kendal Homes’ buyers,” commented Bruce Shields, director of construction.

Best will work with buyers in the new home community of estate homes called Pendennis Glen which is located in Annapolis Maryland – just a short distance from the USNA. In addition, she’ll help homeowners with the Build Anywhere Program which helps homeowners build their dream home on individual spot-lots throughout central Maryland.
