Karen will be in charge of events and operations for the Ranch and its plans to expand its awareness in the Waco-Austin region and additional Texas markets. Her duties will encompass revising the property’s marketing efforts, improving social media awareness, improving content on the property’s website for prospective guests, expanding the range of services offered to the Ranch’s guests, and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

The ranch resort recently was acquired and now is a part of the Moon River Ranch Resort, LLC, which is led by Sam Mahrouq. He is Chairman and CEO of MEI Group which includes MEI Finance, MEI Auto Sales Group, MEI Investments LLC, MEI Rentals, and IKON GPS. MEI Group is a privately-owned group of companies operating in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
