Abu Dhabi, UAE & Vietnam – November 24, 2025 – The Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC) and Hydrogen Exchange Group (HX Group) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to accelerate hydrogen and clean fuel commercialization across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
This partnership combines VAHC’s regional network and investment reach with HX Group’s hydrogen marketplace infrastructure, proprietary pricing frameworks, and global ecosystem expertise. The collaboration aims to establish HX’s Asian hub of operations in Vietnam or Singapore, creating scalable, investable hydrogen markets across the region, supporting VAHC’s members and objectives.
Under the MoU framework, VAHC will support HX Group in establishing its regional headquarters in Vietnam or Singapore for HX Group’s Asian operations. The partnership will co-host investment promotion programs and knowledge-sharing sessions, create policy advisory outputs to strengthen the region’s hydrogen ecosystem, and collaborate with the Government of Vietnam on national hydrogen ecosystem initiatives integrating commercial and pricing frameworks.
