As the Xiang River flows north, the tide surges toward the future. Today’s One Minute in Changsha bilingual micro-video invites you to Daze Lake, where you can witness the ecological charm and industrial vitality of this “new landmark of the provincial capital, future city along the Xiang River.”
Stepping into the Near-Nature Wetland Park at Daze Lake, a grand ecological scroll slowly unfolds: 165 tree islands scattered across the lake, 400 mu of golden rice fields swaying like waves, and nearly 200 bird species nesting here. As the first near-nature wetland park in Central China that integrates ecological conservation, smart management, science education, and leisure sports, Daze Lake has earned the title of “Paradise for Birds, Urban Living Room.”
Ecology is the foundation, while industry is the “core attraction.” This is one of Changsha’s “Ten Major Urban Areas” and a key bearer of the “One City, Three Bases” global R&D city strategy. This year, the Daze Lake Overseas Returnees Townă»Xiang Merchants Headquarters R&D Center began operations, the Changsha Global Quantum R&D Center was inaugurated, and the Kewei Quantum Technology project soon followed. Today, the “Base R&D + Park Production” model is driving the rapid rise of a headquarters economy.
Now, Daze Lake is embracing global opportunities with the vision of “a lake overlooking the future,” painting an era-defining picture where ecology and industry resonate in harmony.
