LOS ANGELES – November 6, 2024 – The Mendez National Institute of Transplantation Foundation (MNITF) and Suzanne DeLaurentiis Productions are excited to announce the global streaming release of their new holiday feature, The Christmas Chain, available through Uncork’d Entertainment starting November 15, 2025. Directed by Dale Fabrigar and written by Tricia Aurand, this heartwarming story celebrates the spirit of generosity and the unbreakable bonds formed through acts of kindness.
The Christmas Chain follows twin brothers Dez and Jerome on their journey home for Christmas after Jerome suffers a life-threatening kidney injury. Along their journey, they meet Sabrina, a compassionate musician who selflessly offers to donate her kidney to Jerome. Through this remarkable act, the film highlights the beauty of giving and the impact one person’s kindness can have on many lives.
The film stars Stephen Green, Tyler Andrews, Carissa Murray, Michael Paré, Chelsea Gilson, and features a special cameo by Eric Roberts. Produced by Nicole Mendez and Suzanne DeLaurentiis, The Christmas Chain is already garnering critical acclaim, winning awards on the film festival circuit and earning the Dove Seal of Approval for its positive message and family-friendly content.
