While traditional rotomolding emits more than a pound of greenhouse emissions for every pound of plastic, LightManufacturing’s patented ‘Solar Rotational Molding’ (SRM) process eliminates 100% of these molding emissions. LightManufacturing uses only FDA-compliant food-grade plastics in its water tanks, with safe long-lasting pigments and UV stabilizers to ensure long life in the Hawaiian sun.
