Mark’s appointment comes off the back of a record-breaking year for the company in 2021, during which it was responsible for some of Dubai’s most expensive sales and rental deals. Over the past 12 months, the performance graph for short-term leasing and holiday homes has been on an upward curve, a fact that LuxuryProperty.com is all too aware of, which prompted the formation of its own dedicated short stay brand to get a foothold in that space as well.
