This is especially true when it comes to bathroom remodeling contractors in Los Angeles. Poor craftsmanship, shoddy work and poor customer service are all perfect ways to be driven out of business in short order.
Lilach Platkevitz is the owner of Progressive Builders, a contractor company known for their superior expertise and professionalism in bath remodel projects in Los Angeles. One of the things she stresses as she prepares and trains her crews for various positions within the company is the importance of quality customer service.
Each of the professionals working at Progressive Builders go through training and vetting from Platkevitz herself. It is only after extensive time learning the trade and customer service that they begin working on bath remodeling in Los Angeles and working with customers.
“The construction industry is full of terms, issues and potential complications that most people do not understand. We take the extra time to explain the situation to the customer, answer questions and provide decent solutions to common problems that do and could arise. This keeps our customer service satisfaction high and our referral rates equally high,” said Platkevitz.
Progressive Builders welcomes calls and contact for free, in-home consulting. A customer support specialist will meet the homeowner at their home, discuss the remodel project, offer suggestions and mention possibilities that may appeal to the homeowner. Attention to the details and remaining in budget are top priorities.
