Sade Oluwaleimu, from London, won three renovated flats of different sizes in Bristol, and she is now free to either live in them, sell them off, or become a landlord

An NHS midwife has won three renovated flats of different sizes in Bristol after participating in a £3 property raffle draw. The London based winner, Sade Oluwaleimu, is now the proud owner of a three-bedroom flat, and two two-bedroom flats.

The competition was organised by Tramway Path which promised the homes mortgage-free to the winner. After being revealed as the winner in a live draw on Instagram, Ms Oluwaleimu says she is ecstatic and can hardly believe her luck. And hopes this win will aid her on her mission of improving maternity services across Africa.

“I’m absolutely ecstatic about this win. I can finally follow my dreams of becoming a missionary in Africa, paying particular attention to improving maternity services across the continent. I aim to accomplish this through supporting, educating and equipping midwives to deliver the best care possible.”Also added, “I’m absolutely ecstatic about this win! I’d like to give all praise to the Lord Jesus Christ my personal Lord and Saviour, and a MASSIVE Thank you to Tramway Path for their vision to bring financial freedom to others!!

As a trained A&E nurse and midwife, serving others is innate within me and this win will allow me to serve without boundaries or financial worry!”

Ms Oluwaleimu is free to either live in the flats, sell them off, or rent them out.

Ideally, house raffles usually require a certain number of tickets to be sold for the winner to obtain the property. If the ticket sales are inadequate, the winner is often offered a cash prize instead, or the raffle will continue until enough tickets are purchased.

The three brothers behind Tramway Path – Daniel, Jason, and Will Twenefour who are 31, 36, and 36 years old respectively, say their mission is to help others get on the property ladder.

Previous winners of the raffle draw include an NHS occupational therapist and a single mother of one. Tramway Path has also handed over the keys of a luxury pad to a 22-year-old graduate who was struggling to scrounge up a deposit.
